3 Cheese Slow Cooker Mac & Cheese Recipe

Ingredients
- 150g Parmesan Cheese
- 110g Salted Butter (cubed)
- 500g Strong Cheddar Cheese
- 1lb Elbow Macaroni Pasta
- 110g Cream Cheese (cut into cubes)
- 400g - 420g Evaporated Milk or 500ml Whole Milk
- 1 Tsp English Mustard Powder
- 2 Cloves of Garlic (minced)
- Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Equipment
- Measuring Utensils
- 5 Litre Slow Cooker
- Ladle or Skimmer
Method
- Combine all of the ingredients in a slow cooker and stir thoroughly until the wet ingredients are mixed. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook on high until the pasta is cooked through. Mix thoroughly until everything has come together and the sauce has thickened. This may take around 2-3 hours.
Serve your mac & cheese with garlic bread and top with fresh chives and enjoy! The ultimate comfort food this winter!
