Age Restrictions

By placing an order for one or more Age Restricted Items you are declaring that you are 18 years of age or over. These items must be used responsibly and appropriately.

Delivery of age-restricted items can only be delivered to the address on the shipping label, but this can include the reception of a commercial building. A signature of the recipient will be required upon delivery. Potters Cookshop adopts a 'Challenge 25' approach to the delivery/collection of age-restricted products where we will require I.D. before dispatching your order. Delivery to a neighbour or nominated safe place location is not available for these items.

All age restricted goods are delivered by UPS and cannot be delivered by any other courier. A flat £10 fee is initiated on all purchases that include age restricted goods.

Express checkout: If you are using an express checkout method on the product page you will not be asked to select the check box, however valid I.D. will still be required before your order is dispatched.

List of acceptable photo identification:

• Passport (with supporting documents i.e. utility bill)
