Camembert With Garlic, Mustard & Honey
Ingredients
- 1 Full Round of Camembert
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 Tbsp of Honey
- 1 Tbsp of White Wine
- 1 Tbsp of Wholegrain Mustard

Method
- Score the camembert with multiple incisions and insert slithers of garlic, then place the camembert into the baker.
- In a bowl, mix together the mustard, honey and white wine, then pour this over the cheese.
- Preheat the oven to 175°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 3. Place the baker into the oven and this should be fully melted within 10-15 minutes.
Serve with warm French bread or crackers
