Easy 3 Step Beetroot Hummus Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1x Garlic Cloves
- 4 Tbsp of Tahini
- 1 Tsp of Ground Cumin
- 200g of Chickpeas (Drained)
- Juice of One Lemon
- 3x Cooked Beetroots
- 1 Tsp of Salt
- 1 Tsp of Ground Coriander
Equipment
- KitchenAid Food Chopper
- Measuring Utensils
- Serving Bowl / Plate
Method
- Add all of the above ingredients to the bowl compartment of the food chopper and attach a multi-purpose blade.
- Turn on the Chopper on speed 2 and use the pulse function if possible and keep it mixing until completely smooth.
- Pour the Hummus Mixture into a serving bowl, drizzle with extra olive oil and sesame seeds to add extra flavour.
Serve with crispbreads, raw celery or Carrots and enjoy!
