We always try to price our products as competitively as possible but do understand there might be times where a High Street competitor is cheaper. We will always endeavour to match their price (including delivery) as long as they have physical stores and provide the same level of professional and personal service. Cancellation
If for any reason you wish to refuse / cancel your order after dispatch or upon delivery we do require the delivery fee incurred by us to be deducted from the refund amount of your order. This is due to there being no issue with the product / order.
If your order has qualified for free delivery this charge will still be applied.
